Very relaxing and therapeutic, combining oils or lotion with an array of massage techniques, to help the body improve its circulation.
30 minutes for $35 / 60 minutes for $65
Deep Tissue Massage
Relieves tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session. We try to keep Deep tissue at 60 minutes or less. Other services can be longer as desired.
30 minutes for $40 / 60 minutes for $70
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. The massage is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage.
15 minutes for $20 / 30 minutes for $40
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
30 minutes for $40 / 60 minutes for $70
Add the sensation and benefits of aromatherapy to any session you have. You can pick a scent from the available oils on hand that will be added to the oil, lotion, and/or diffuser to enhance your experience and relieve various stresses in your life. (Add $10 per hour to your normal massage cost if using aromatherapy)
Head, Neck, and Shoulder Massage
A relaxing and de-stress session that will relieve tension in and around the head, neck, and shoulders. The face will also be massaged if desired.
Head, Hand and Foot Massage
Focused massage in the areas that are not massaged very often, the head, hands, and feet. This session will be sure to sooth and relieve stress from your day to day fatigue.
Massage for Headaches or TMJ
Focused light massage on the face and scalp, easing pressure and tension, relieving head and neck pain
Hot Stone Massage
Massage with heated stones that are placed or held at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
60 minutes for $75 / Deep tissue: add $5
Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits may include emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
Geriatric massage is a form of massage designed to meet the specific needs of the elderly. It helps to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and also increase range of motion. If you are elderly, geriatric massage can help you maintain and improve your overall health, as well as regain certain physical functions that have been reduced due to aging. In addition, since the elderly don't typically receive enough physical touch, this massage can also help alleviate symptoms of loneliness or depression.
Shiatsu is a Japanese form of massage therapy. The word Shiatsu comes from two Japanese words - \"shi\" (finger) and \"atsu\" (pressure). In addition to the direct stimulation of pressure points along the energy pathways of your body, gentle stretching techniques are applied over a wider area of the body to integrate the point work and encourage the flow of Chi (energy) throughout the body. Shiatsu is a meditative healing art that honors the body, mind and spirit.
Mud or Seaweed Wrap
Experience exotic mud or seaweed covering your back, arms and legs and wrapped up to simmer while enjoying soothing music. Followed by warm moist towels and a light moisturizer.

Facial Massage and Treatment
Similar to other facials, but toner is used to clean the face as well as an application of a special mask treatment, leaving the face smooth and silky. This treatment is followed by a warm towel on the face and a moisturizing massage. Another part of your body (your choice) is massaged while the mask is on your face. Check when making your appointment for what mask options are available for you.
